JEWELRY CARE:

Sterling silver contains copper, which adds hardness to silver. It also creates the tendency for silver jewelry to tarnish. Avoid exposing sterling silver to harsh chemicals such as chlorine, cosmetics, hair spray, and perfume. Get pretty first and then put on your jewelry! Also, avoid storing your silver out out the open air and humidity to reduce tarnishing. We suggest to remove your jewelry before going to bed to avoid any pull on the chains. Sterling Silver is not scratch proof so store your jewelry so that it isn't rubbing against other metals.

QUALITY:

All of our charms are hand stamped one at a time and no two will look exactly alike. Each letter does not line up perfectly, and this is the intended look and adds to the charm of a hand stamped item.

Each and every disc, necklace, and bracelet is made from .925 sterling silver. Your custom jewelry will last beautifully for many years to come! We assure the highest quality materials are used with each individual piece.

Once we receive your online order, it will take 2-3 weeks to create your custom designs and ship your product.

SHIPPING:

All orders placed online will be shipped via U.S. Priority Mail. Orders placed at trade shows/expos that receive discounted shipping will be shipped U.S. First Class mail.

A shipping insurance option is provided if you would like to add that service.  It will be the customers responsibility to file a claim on any package that is lost or damaged in transit.

RUSH ORDERS:

Standard orders take 2-3 weeks to process, create and ship. Rush Orders are currently unavailable. Please contact us with any questions.

RETURN POLICY:

We know you will be thrilled with your new jewelry, but if for any reason you are not, please contact i declare! at info@ideclarecharms.com within 30 days. Because each of our items are custom made, personalized jewelry cannot be returned, but exchanges can be made with necklaces and bracelets. We do assure the highest attention to detail with each and every order.

Please note that we process all orders exactly as they are received on the order form. Be sure to check orders carefully for spelling!

CARE:

Our jewelry is easy to maintain, using a simple polishing cloth. Cleaning cloths may be purchased and included in your order for a $5 charge. The best way to keep sterling silver tarnish-free, is to wear it!

GIFT ORDERS:

We would be happy to ship your gift purchase for you! Simply check the "gift" box during the checkout process and include a simple gift message to be typed and sent along with your jewelry. All jewelry is delivered in an airtight bag to help keep your jewelry tarnish free and placed in an organza bag tied with a ribbon.

Gift certificates can also be purchased on the site. You will be sent an email with your coupon code that can then be printed out and given to the recipient. Or, you can let us know where you would like the Gift Certificate to be emailed and we will include a gift message for you.
